ClientFutureTrainingInDays Setting

You can allow trainees to take upcoming training and specify how far in advance they can begin the training. For example, you can allow them to start their future training 30 days before the start date. The ClientFutureTrainingInDays setting allows you to set this option.

• Default setting: Disabled (set to 0 days).

Contact PureSafety Customer Support to enable it and set it to a specific number of days.

Notes are listed below.

• You need to decide how far in advance (in days) you want to allow your trainees to start on upcoming assignments. We recommend allowing trainees to start on training no more than 90 days prior to the assignment start date.
• This is a global setting, which means that it applies to all your employees. You cannot choose to enable it for some employees but disable it for others.
• If you enable this setting, trainees can see future assignments using the Upcoming view in the Assignments section on the home page. They can take their assignments as usual, but instead of taking assignments assigned to them currently, they can select from their upcoming assignments. If you do not enable this setting, users can see their future assignments. However, they cannot begin them before the start date.
