separate words, use underscores (_) instead of spaces.

Guidelines for Image Files

- Use
.jpg or
.jpeg format (recommended)
for photographic images that are not greater than 300 kilobytes per megapixel.
- These files (.jpg or

resolution of 320 pixels x 240 pixels or less, saved at 80% quality level.
- Use

Guidelines for Audio Files
|
- Use .mp3 files (recommended): 22KHz,
16 bit, 24 kbps, monophonic.
- We do not recommend using .wav files
due to their large size.
|
Guidelines for Video Files
|
- Utilize Flash video (.flv) files for maximum compatibility and best
bandwidth usage.
- Recommended file size is 10 MB.
- Files should have a resolution of at
least 320×240 (preferably higher/larger).
- Files should be at least 10 FPS
(preferably higher).
- We recommend that final embedded video
clips should not be longer than 5 minutes each.

once the Flash content is closed.
