Employees Submitting

This report provides a list of employees who have submitted basic observations, near misses, and loss incident reports. You can select locations and date ranges.

Note: This functionality is available only to customers who have licensed the Incident Management System (IMS) module in PureSafety.

Employees Submitting report
The report includes the below information for each employee.
  • Employee's name
  • Number of observation type incident reports submitted
  • Number of near miss type incident reports submitted
  • Number of loss type incident reports submitted
  • Total number of incident reports submitted
  • Incident location

Report Parameters

All employees are included by default.

Employee(s) Reporting Incidents

All employees are included by default.

Incident Location

All locations are included by default.

Period

Month

Required. This selection changes the next two options.

Month

Jan

Only displayed if Month is selected in the Period parameter field.

Quarter

Quarter 1

Only displayed if Quarter is selected in the Period parameter field.

Year

[Current Year]

Only displayed if Year is selected in the Period parameter field.
