Corrective Actions

This report provides a list of tasks that have been marked as corrective actions. Use the parameter, Show Only Overdue, to see a list of only the overdue corrective actions.

Note: This functionality is available only to customers who have licensed the Incident Management System (IMS) module in PureSafety.

Tasks are marked corrective action when you select the Corrective Action checkbox (shown below) when creating the task from the Tasks screen. Tasks are marked corrective action automatically when creating a task from the Corrective Actions tab on an event record.

Report Parameters

Parameter	Default Value	Details
Location	None selected	All locations are included by default.
Corrective Action Status	None selected	All corrective action statuses are included by default.
Show Only Overdue	Not selected	All corrective actions are included by default.
Period	Month	Required. The report uses this parameter to show all corrective action tasks that are active in the selected date range. Active corrective tasks include: Tasks that are due during the date range (regardless of status). Tasks that are completed during the date range (regardless of due date). Tasks that have a start date or an end date during the date range (regardless of status). This selection changes the next two options.
Month	Jan	Only displayed if Month is selected in the Period parameter field.
Quarter	Quarter 1	Only displayed if Quarter is selected in the Period parameter field.
Year	[Current Year]	Only displayed if Year is selected in the Period parameter field.
Printing Options	Standard Page Break	You can select a standard page break or a page break after each location.
