Report Sections

The metrics in each section are described in detail below.

• The Type column indicates whether a particular metric is a lagging or a leading indicator.
• The Description column provides information about how to interpret each metric.
• The Calculation Method column provides technical details about how the system calculates each metric.
• The Drill-Down column tells you if you can drill down into each metric. Some metrics allow you to drill down and see a report of all the records (for example, employees, tasks, or submissions) that make up the number you see on the Safety Scorecard report.

You can click the section headings on the Safety Scorecard to access drill-down reports that display the trends for metrics in these sections over the last 12 months.
