Email notifications setup

Multiple settings can be configured that affect email notifications.

Set up the login link that displays in email messages.

Configure the email address that displays in email messages as the sending address (Email from <x>) and as the contact address for additional support (If you have questions, please contact <x>).

Decide if your trainees should receive assignment-related email messages from PureSafety. You can completely disable this feature and never send any email notifications about trainees' assignments.

Send automatic email notifications about future training a certain number of days before the assignment starts or when you create a training assignment if you create it during a certain period of time before the assignment starts. These messages are sent in addition to the messages sent when the training assignment begins.

PureSafety Customer Support can change the setting for notifications of future training so that e-mail messages are sent only for training that begins within a set number of days.
