Defined Submissions Screen

You can create or edit a custom defined submission on the Defined Submissions screen. The forms you save with defined classifications can be applied to Investigation type tasks.

Go to Settings > Tables > Defined Submissions.

Click Create or Edit on the Create or Edit Defined Submissions screen to manage your submission forms.

Field Description

Name

Title of your submission form.

Form Type

List of form templates that can be selected.

Classifications > Add Classifications

List of available classifications to add to the form.
