Import Total Hours Worked for Each Location

Use the Hours Worked import to import the monthly hours worked for your locations (PureSafety tab > People > Create Import > select Hours Worked). Indicate whether the hours worked are estimated or actual. Importing is available only for locations that already exist in your hierarchy. The import overwrites hours worked that already exist on the location record. Yearly totals are automatically calculated based on the monthly totals available on the location record.

Create and upload an import using the Hours Worked import type.

The option, Hours Worked, is available only if you have the appropriate permission.

Hours Worked Import template

Download the Hours Worked template by clicking the Create Import link on the People screen or the Create Import button on the Import Job Queue Management screen.

The template is available in both .csv and Excel formats.

Import format

Field Format Description

Month

Month number. For example, 1 for January, 2 for February.

This is a required field.

Year

Four digit number. For example, 2015.

This is a required field. The field value must be between 1900 and 2100.

Location Code

Use your company's location codes.

This is required field.

Number of Hours Worked

Whole numbers with or without decimals.

This field allows up to 4 decimals.

Is it an estimated number?

Yes/No

The default value is No when the column is left blank.
