Assignment and series recurrence setup
Set whether all recurring assignments and series recurrences should be based on the assignment start date or based on completion date, by default. This default setting affects all recurring assignments and series. (Assignments) You can change this setting at any time.
For example, a yearly assignment is due by December 2014 and is required to be completed every 365 days, in order to comply with standards and regulations. The trainee completes the training on November 9, 2014.
The table below shows the recurrence settings and how each affects the next recurrence of the assignment or series.

Recurring assignments and series that have already been created will continue to use the previous setting after updating this setting. Recurring assignments and series created after the setting was changed will use the new setting.
Delete existing assignments or series and create a new one if you want to use the new setting.
