Add Multimedia to Slides

You must upload the multimedia into the Asset Panel before you can add multimedia files to slides. Once the multimedia file is successfully uploaded, you can use the instructions in this task to add the multimedia file to a slide.

  1. Access the CCS.
  2. Using the Slide Editor, open the slide you want to add multimedia to (for instructions, see the View Slides topic).
  3. In the Slide Editor, click the Slide Script tab.
  4. The Slide Script displays for the selected slide.
  5. Click the Movie button in the Slide Script toolbar.
    A blank Movie entry is added to the selected slide.


  6. Resize the Asset Panel by using the handle between the Asset Panel and the Slide Editor. Expand the Asset Panel until the first row of assets is visible.
  7. Locate the multimedia file you want to insert into the slide. Use the horizontal scroll bar to locate the file as needed.
  8. Drag the multimedia file from the Asset Panel and drop it in the Movie section of the slide. The file name displays in parentheses in the Movie header. To preview the multimedia file as it will display in the presentation, see the Preview a Slide topic.
