Remove Statements and Values
This topic includes instructions for deleting statement and answer boxes. When deleting statement and answer boxes, it is important to understand the impact to associations.
- If you delete a statement box that contains an association, both the statement box and the related answer box are automatically deleted.
- If you delete an answer box that contains an association, the answer box is deleted and the statement blank is removed from the statement box.
- Open the slide that contains the statement or answer box you want to delete (for instructions, see the View Slides topic).
- Click the statement or answer you want to delete. If the selected item has an association, it is highlighted with a colored frame. If the selected item does not have an association, the shading of the box is dimmed to indicate it is selected.
- Click the Remove button in the Slide Editor toolbar. The selected statement or answer box is instantly removed from the slide. Repeat Steps 3 and 4 to delete additional statements and answers on the selected slide.
