Remove Statements and Values

This topic includes instructions for deleting statement and answer boxes. When deleting statement and answer boxes, it is important to understand the impact to associations.

  • If you delete a statement box that contains an association, both the statement box and the related answer box are automatically deleted.
  • If you delete an answer box that contains an association, the answer box is deleted and the statement blank is removed from the statement box.
  1. Open the slide that contains the statement or answer box you want to delete (for instructions, see the View Slides topic).
  2. Click the statement or answer you want to delete. If the selected item has an association, it is highlighted with a colored frame. If the selected item does not have an association, the shading of the box is dimmed to indicate it is selected.
  3. Click the Remove button in the Slide Editor toolbar. The selected statement or answer box is instantly removed from the slide. Repeat Steps 3 and 4 to delete additional statements and answers on the selected slide.
