Replace Image Files

You can replace image files in your course that you copied from the library.

1. Go to the PureSafety tab > Library.
2. To find the presentation you need to open more easily, filter the Training Library so that it displays only presentations. Click the down arrow next to the Search field and select only the Presentation check box. Be sure to clear the other check boxes. Click anywhere on the Training Library screen. The system refreshes the screen so that it displays only presentations.
3. Locate the presentation you want to access using one of the methods below.
   • Select the presentation and click Open.
   • Double-click the presentation.
   The Training Details screen displays for the selected presentation.
4. In the Actions panel, click the Edit Presentation link.
5. If the new image you want to use doesn't display in the Asset Panel, click Upload in the Asset Panel, browse to the image file, and click Open.
6. Then, go to the slide you need to edit. In the Asset Panel, click the image you want to use and drag it to the image container where it should display.
