Upload Assets

You can upload images, audio, and multimedia assets when creating interactive presentations. You can upload multiple files at the same time. For each asset type, the file formats below are supported.

  • Image files: .gif, .jpeg, .jpg, and .png
  • Audio files: .mp3
  • Multimedia files: .swf and .flv (Adobe Flash file formats)
    • You can upload the following multimedia file formats: .3g2, .3gp, .avi, .flv, .mp4, .mpeg, .mov, .ogg, and .wmv. During the upload process, the CCS automatically converts these file formats to .flv files. This change ensures the files work correctly in the PureSafety
  1. Resize the Asset Panel by using the handle between the Asset Panel and the Slide Editor. Expand the Asset Panel until the first row of assets is visible.
  2. In the Asset Panel, click Upload. The Windows Browse window displays.
    1. By default, the Files of type field is set to All Formats. This means you can browse to find image, multimedia, and audio files. If you are uploading a particular file type only, you can narrow the files you view while browsing by selecting the desired option from the drop-down menu in this field. Additional options are Graphic, Sound, and Movie.
    2. Navigate to the file you want to upload, and select it. You can select multiple files by pressing the CTRL key and clicking each file you want to upload.
    3. Click Open. The selected asset is instantly uploaded into the Asset Panel. At this point, you can add the asset to the presentation.
