You can add various assets such as image, multimedia, and
audio files while you build interactive presentations. These assets are stored in the Asset
Panel. You can preview the assets that display in the Asset Panel.

Resize the Asset Panel by using the handle between the Asset Panel and the
Slide Editor. Expand the Asset Panel until the first row of assets is visible.

Locate the asset file you want to preview. Use the horizontal
scroll bar to locate the asset as needed.

Click the asset file and select
Preview.
The selected asset file is previewed.
- If the selected asset is an image, the image file opens in a window.
Click off of the image file to remove the preview.
- If the selected asset is multimedia, the file opens and plays in a
window. Click off of the multimedia file to remove the preview.
- If the selected asset is audio, the sound file plays in the background.
Click Preview
again to stop the sound file while it is playing.
