You can add a copy of a report using
the
Add to My Reports
option from several places including the reports directory, a report's
parameters screen, or from a report you have run.
A screen displays where you can define the report
parameters you want to use with the saved report when you select the Add to My
Reports option. You can also schedule a report to be run at specific times.

Change the report name.
Note: the name must not be the same as any
other report in the
My
Reports list.

Provide a description.

Define the report parameters.

Decide if you want to schedule the
report.
- Leave the Schedule check box
unchecked if you do not want to schedule the report.
- Click the Schedule check box if you want to schedule
this report to be run automatically and emailed to specific people. The
Schedule and Delivery options expand. For a full explanation of the
scheduling and delivery options, refer to the Schedule a Report topic.

Create.
