Copy a Report

You can copy and save reports. This feature is extremely useful if you need to create a similar report for 10 supervisors, for example, and only one parameter is different in each report, such as the employees in the report. In this case, you can configure the first report, define all the parameters you need, then copy the report, and change only the parameter that’s different in each additional copy. The system saves all the other parameter values in your new copies.

  1. Go to the PureSafety tab and click Reports.
  2. Click My Reports.
  3. Select the desired report
  4. On the My Reports screen, click Copy.
  5. Type the name of the new report. By default, the name of the new report is <Initial Report> - Copy. Update it as needed.
  6. Make changes to the Report Parameters, Schedule, and Delivery options as needed.
  7. Click Create.
    The report displays in the My Reports list.
