Edit Organization Units

  1. Go to the Puresafety tab > People.
  2. Expand the hierarchy folder and select the organization unit you want to edit.

    The edit option will not be enabled until the unit is selected.
  3. Click Edit.

  4. Make changes to the selected organization unit.
  5. If you want to add more administrators over this unit, click Add in the Organization Unit Administrators grid.
  6. Search for and select the desired employees.
  7. Click OK.
    Note: People in the Organization Unit Administrators section must also have organization unit administrator security roles to function as administrators of this unit.

  8. Click the Advanced button if you need to edit the unit's business address or phone number.
  9. Make edits as needed.
  10. Click Save.
