Create and Edit Rich-Text Documents

This task includes instructions for building a presentation, test, survey, rich-text document, reference, third-party package, and offline training. You can use this type of training to assign tasks that must be completed away from the computer, for example, attending an HR session or new hire orientation.

You can edit rich-text documents by opening the training and clicking Edit in the Actions menu.

  1. Go to the PureSafety tab > Library .
  2. In the Left Panel, click Create Training.
  3. In the Build Training section, click Rich-Text.

  4. Type a title (required) and a description. Type additional instructions in the Content section.
  5. Check the Requires Manager Approval box if the employees' manager must confirm that the task was completed correctly before it is considered complete.
  6. Click Create.
    The new rich-text training is created and displays on the Training Library screen.
