Hide Training Units in a Training Set

This option affects associated training units as a group. It checks the Hidden box in each training unit’s properties so that you do not have to set it manually for each training unit. You can continue to hide or show individual training units by highlighting the training unit and selecting View Details > Properties > Hidden.

1. Go to the PureSafety tab > Library.
2. Select the training set and click Open, or double-click the training set.
   The Training Details screen displays. The training units in the training set display below the description. By default, all training units display a green check that indicates that they are visible.
3. Click the Actions button above the list of training units.
   • Select Hide All Associated Training Units to mark each training unit hidden. The green check is removed from each unit.

   • Select Mark All Associated Training Units Visible to mark each as visible. The green check is added to each unit.

   
   

   

   
   

4. Click Save.
