View Incidents You Have Submitted
You can view the incidents you have submitted by clicking Incident Reports in the tab links on your home page. You must have the appropriate permissions.

Click Incident Reports on the home page. You can search for a specific submitted incident by typing search terms or by typing a start date and/or end date. To expand the list, click Show More. |
