Create an Offline Task

You can create an offline task. Use this type of training to assign tasks that must be completed away from the computer. For example, you can assign an offline task for trainees to attend a Human Resource session or new hire orientation.

1. Go to the PureSafety tab > Library.
2. In the left panel, click Create Training.
   The Create Training View displays.
3. In the Build Training section, click Rich-Text.
   The Create Rich Text screen displays.

   
   

   

   
   

4. Type a title and a description. The title field is required. Type additional instructions in the Content section.
5. Check the Requires Manager Approval box if the employees' manager must confirm that the task was completed correctly before it is considered complete.
6. Click Create.
   The new rich-text training is created and displays on the Training Library screen.
