Assign a Security Role to an Employee
You can assign security role to an employee. You can add the trainee to the security role or use the security role feature in the trainee's record.

Method
1: Add the trainee to the security role:
- Go to the .
- Expand the security role folder.
- Click Everyone.
- Select a user and drag and drop the user's record into the appropriate security role folder.

2: Use the security role in feature in the trainee's record:
- Go to the .
- Click Everyone.
- Select a user and click Open.
- In the Actions menu, click Security Roles.
- Add the appropriate roles.
- Close the User Roles window when you are done.
