Edit Security Roles

You can edit the customer roles you have created using the instructions below. .

Contact PureSafety Customer Support to edit standard security roles. For example, you may want to restrict your trainees from requesting to be excused from assigned training. Customer Support can remove the Request Excuse permission from the Trainee Role. This allows you to use the standard role without creating a custom role.

  1. Go to the PureSafety > People .
  2. Expand the Security Roles folder in the Organization Directory.
  3. Select the role you want to edit. You cannot use the Edit option until you select a role.

  4. Make the necessary changes.
  5. Click Save to save your changes.
