Archive Incident Reports

Archive incident reports after all the related tasks have been completed. Archiving ensures that the News Feed screen displays only incident reports that require follow-up.

1. Go to the PureSafety tab > IMS > News Feed screen.
2. Select an incident report. You can also select multiple incidents by pressing the CTRL key on your keyboard and clicking each incident.
3. Click Archive.
   Archived incident reports do not display on the News Feed screen. However, you can see them throughout IMS normally. For example, you can still see them in the event or in other incident reports that they are linked to.
