Unarchive an Incident Report

You may occasionally need to bring an incident report back from the archive. For example, you linked it to an event, which archives the incident report automatically, but then later need to unlink it. In this situation, you want the incident report to become active and display on the News Feed. This allows you to complete follow-up tasks.

1. Go to the PureSafety tab > IMS > New Feed screen.
2. Click the [Show] Archived button in the filters section on the right side of the screen.
3. Select the archived incident report.
4. Click the Unarchive button on the incident toolbar.
