Review Injury Records

  1. Go to the PureSafety tab > IMS > Injuries screen.
  2. Review injury information, such as whether the case is OSHA recordable in the OSHA column and the lost and restricted number of work days in the LWD and RWD columns.
  3. Configure the list, as needed.
    1. Sort the list of injuries. Move the mouse over a column header > Click the down arrow next to the header > Click the Sort Ascending or Sort Descending option.
    2. Add or remove columns in this list. Move mouse over a column header > Click the down arrow next to the header > Click the Columns option > Select the check boxes for the columns that should display in the list and clear the check boxes for any items that you do not want to see in the list.
    3. Change column order by dragging and dropping columns to a new place in the list.
    4. Filter the list using the options on the right side of the screen. For example, you can filter it so that you see only injuries that occurred during a given date range or only OSHA recordable injuries.
  4. Click the OSHA 300 or OSHA 300A button to run the OSHA reports.
