Report an injury for yourself or another employee directly
from the home page. The injury short form gathers information about the injured party and
injury. Case and treatment information is added later by a safety manager. The Report an Injury
link and Create an Injury for another employee options display only if you have the proper
permissions.

Click Report
an Injury on the home page. Your employee information automatically displays
in the Who Was Injured section.
To report an injury for another employee, click the people icon and
select the employee's name in the field, Report an Injury for another employee. Their
employee information displays.

Provide details about the injury.

Review the information.

Click Save
Injury Report.
The injury record displays on the Injuries Listing screen for your
safety managers follow up on the injury. An incident with loss record is created from
the injury and displays on the News Feed.
Injuries created through the Report an Injury link are automatically
set with the appropriate log for the employee (based on location, if available). The
Injury Log section is hidden.
