Add an Injury Log

Add a new injury log when creating a location or when completing an injury record. You can also configure injury logs in IMS Settings.

  1. Go to the Create Injury Log screen. You can do this from three locations:
    • Settings > Injury Logs > Create
    • PureSafety tab > IMS > Injury > open or create an injury record > Case tab > Select Injury Log > Add
    • PureSafety tab > People > open or create an location > Select Injury Log > Add
  2. Fill in the injury log information.

    Using the search option in the SIC and NAICS fields only displays the description of the option. To see the code and description, open the search window.

  3. Click Save.

Assign the injury log to an injury when you create the injury record.

You can print OSHA 300 and OSHA 301 reports for one or more injury logs.
