Reports

PureSafety provides valuable reports that managers, supervisors, and administrators can use to better manage their employees’ training and identify additional training needs. PureSafety reports include useful information about employees and their assignments. For example, you can see whether employees have started or completed their assignments and how much time they have spent in training.

This section provides general information about how to run reports in PureSafety. It includes a catalog of all the report parameters and information on how to use each report.

The majority of PureSafety reports display in the Reports Directory, which you can access by clicking the Reports tab. The Reports Directory groups reports into the four categories below.

  • Administrative reports display details about completed training, counts and percentages, and usage time.
  • Custom IMS reports are unique to each customer who licenses the IMS module.
  • OSHA reports help you meet OSHA requirements.
Note: This functionality is available only to customers who have licensed Incident Management System(IMS) module in the PureSafety.
  • People reports display information about employees, organization units, and groups.
  • Training reports display information about training assignments.

In addition to the reports available on the Report tabs, the Trainee Survey and Test Answer Export report is available on the Training Tab by selecting an individual survey or test.

Users have access to all the reports available in PureSafety, by default. Contact PureSafety Customer Support if you want to restrict certain users’ access. This allows them to use only specific reports.

Users can run, view, or export reports based on selectable parameters if they have the appropriate permissions. They can select a report from the grid or search for a specific report.
