Administrative Reports Administrative reports include compliance reports, completion reports, and usage time reports. Assignment History Report This report provides a list of all the training a user has taken during a given time period. This report is often used to satisfy compliance requests from regulators such as OSHA and the FAA. The report lists training assignments for selected employees, organization units, or groups. The report includes all training units and assignments by default. You can run it for specific training units and assignments as neeeded. Assignments Audit Report This report provides a list of assignments that were edited and what changes were made. You can use this report when you want to know who added or removed an employee or specific training from an assignment. You can also see who marked a trainee complete or excused him from an assignment. Completion Status Report This report provides a list of all training completed by each organization unit. Use this report to compare organization units' training progress. Compliance Matrix This report provides training completion percentages for organization units and groups grouped by training category and/or title. You can drill-down from the organization percentages to see the completions statuses for employees within those organization units and groups. From tthe organization view, you can futher drill-through to see the completion statuses for a single employee's assigned training titles. The report allows you to identify specific organization units, groups, and employees that are at risk of not completing required training thus becoming non-compliant. Executive Training Summary Report This report provides information on how multiple organization units or groups are following up on their assigned training. The report displays assignment completion statistics for selected employees, organization units, or groups. The report includes all training units and assignments by default. You can include only specific training units or assignments as needed. You can also include certification-type assignments. Historical Data Report This report is available in the Custom Reports section of the reports screen. The date shown in the report description "Displays Historical Training Data for dates prior to <date>." represents the status date of the most recent imported record. Import Template Export Report This report provides a list of selected employees or organization units and the data in these records that can be imported into PureSafety. You can use this report to export a list of employees or organization units with relevant data from PureSafety, edit the exported data outside of the system, and then import the modified data back into PureSafety. You can select to display the data used in the Employee Import template or the Organization Unit import template. Your selection depends on whether you need to modify and import employee records or organization unit records. Library Data Export Report This report provides a list of all the training titles in your library. You can limit report results by training type, whether training is hidden, and whether users can assign it to themselves. System Usage Summary Report This report provides a list of how much time an organization unit, group, or person spent in the system during each month in the specified date range. Training Usage Summary Report This report shows the total time an employee, organization unit, or group spent in an individual training unit or training set for a selected date range. You can see the total time spent on one type of training (for example, presentations) or on a given title. You can also view training usage by monthly, quarterly, or yearly subtotals as needed. Usage Details Report This report provides a list of how long a user spends in training each time he logs in the system. At the organizational unit level, the report displays the total amount of time spent in training and the time users spent logged in to the system. At the employee level, the report displays the details about each login and about training employees accessed.
