Review Available Reports This section provides description of the reports that are available in PureSafety. Administrative Reports Administrative reports include compliance reports, completion reports, and usage time reports. IMS Reports IMS reports allow you to drill down into your organization's data about incidents, observations, and near misses that have been reported. They are available only to customer who have licensed the Incident Managment System (IMS) module in PureSafety. OSHA Reports OSHA reports help you meet OSHA requirements. People Reports People reports display training data for selected people and groups. Trainee Survey and Test Answers Export Report Survey and Test answers can be exported to a .csv file that can be opened with Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet programs. Organization Unit or Group Administrators can see the Export Trainee Answers option on the Actions menu of the Training Details screen. Exported answers include only the employees for whom you are the organization unit or group administrator.
