People at a Glance Report
This report provides a list of how many training titles have been assigned to an employee, organization unit, or group in a given date range. You can run the report for only one employee, organization unit, or group as needed.
The report includes the information below when you
run it for an organization unit or group.
- Training titles
- Training type
- Training start date
- Whether training is required
- How many training titles have been completed, how many are incomplete, and how many are overdue. The number of completed assignments includes both assignments trainees completed and assignments that a manager marked complete for them.
The report includes all the assigned training
titles when you run if for an individual employee. It includes the information
below for each title.
- Training type
- Start and end dates
- Current status
- Whether it is required
The report also displays usage summary for selected people. The report lists the time users logged in and the time they spent in training for each month.
