Check for Import Errors

You can verify that the import did not have any errors after running the import by checking the status of the import. If the system encounters errors, it will not prompt you.

  1. Go to the PureSafety tab > People.
  2. In the Actions menu, click Manage Imports.
  3. Check the status of the import job you just ran.
    1. If the status is Passed, continue to step 4.
    2. If the status is Failed, select the import job in the Import Jobs section.
  4. Review the errors in the Import Details section.
  5. Click the Export to CSV button to export the list of error codes and error messages in an import to a Microsoft Excel file.
    Reviewing the list in a spreadsheet makes it easier to sort and filter as necessary.
  6. Correct these errors and run the import again.
