Restrict Supervisors' Access by Location

You can make sure that supervisors can view only observations submitted for their locations.

For example, John must have permissions to view all observations for Location A. For this purpose, complete the steps below.

1. Make John one of the organization unit administrators over Location A
   1. Go to the PureSafety tab > People.
   2. Select your organization hierarchy.
   3. Open the Location A record
   4. Add John’s name in the Organization Unit Administrators field
   5. Click Save.
2. Add the Organization Unit Administrator permission to John’s security role or assign him a security role that includes this permission.
3. Add the appropriate Manage Organization Unit permissions, which control what he can do in that record.
