All interactive presentations in the Training Library are
available for playback in either PureSafety or any other learning management system (LMS).
If your organization purchased the PureSafety Training Library without the LMS, you must
follow the instructions in this task to download interactive presentations. This allows the
content to be played in the LMS of your choice.
Note: If your organization purchased PureSafety, you do not have to use the
download option described in this topic.
Go to the PureSafety tab > Library.
To find the presentation you need to open more easily, filter the Training
Library so that it displays only presentations. Click the down arrow next to the
Search field and select only the Presentation check box. Be sure to clear the
other check boxes. Click anywhere on the Training Library screen. The system
refreshes the screen so that it displays only presentations.
Locate the presentation you want to access using one of the methods below.
Select the presentation and click
Open.
Double-click the presentation.
The Training Details screen
displays for the selected presentation.
Review the slide titles to confirm
the correct presentation is selected for download.
In the Actions menu, click

The Test tab is used to embed a test in the presentation. Skip
this step if you do not want to embed a test in the presentation. See the Test
Tab topic for more information.
Click the Playback tab and type the appropriate information.
See the Playback tab topic for more information.
If you want to use the settings you
defined on the Test and Playback tabs as the default settings for future
downloads, select the
Save as Default
Settings check box.
Click
Download.
The download process begins for the selected presentation. A progress bar
displays to indicate the status of the download progress. A zip file is created
and a File Download prompt displays after the download process is complete.
Click
Save.
A Save As dialog
displays.
Go to the network directory where you want to save the zip
file and click Save.
The zip file is saved to the selected network directory. At this point, you can
unzip the file and then either upload the presentation into the LMS of your
choice or play the presentation in stand-alone mode.
To play the presentation in
stand-alone mode, double-click the launch_standalone.html file (located in the
engine version directory).
Upload the necessary files into your LMS to play the
presentation in your LMS.
Note: Each LMS is different,
so you must determine which files must be uploaded to play the course in
your LMS.
