Review Client Settings
You can configure certain options in
PureSafety based on your
organization's needs. This section includes descriptions of the client settings
that are currently available and indicates whether they are enabled by default.
PureSafety Customer Support can
configure these settings for your organization.
AlwaysGetNewestTrainingVersion Setting
You can use this setting to determine whether users should see any changes to assigned training content made between the time they are assigned training and the time they begin their training.
CanEditAssignmentStartOrEndDate Setting
This setting allows training administrators to edit the assignment start and end dates. This feature is useful if training administrators need to extend an assignment because more employees were added to the assignment or employees haven't been able to complete it.
CanUsePureSafetyWebService Setting
This setting allows you to use the Employee Web Services.
ClientDisplayName Setting
This setting stores the company name that displays on diplomas.
ClientFutureTrainingInDays Setting
You can allow trainees to take upcoming training and specify how far in advance they can begin the training. For example, you can allow them to start their future training 30 days before the start date. The ClientFutureTrainingInDays setting allows you to set this option.
ClientName Setting
This setting stores the company name that displays in the browser tab and header.
DiplomaTemplate Setting
This setting allows you to use a custom diploma template in your database. This is an additional service. Contact PureSafety Sales for pricing information.
EnableMessagePermission Setting
This setting allows you to control which users can send and receive certain messages based on senders’ and recipients’ security and roles. Users’ security determines who they can send messages to.
FutureTrainingNotification Settinig
This setting allows you to choose whether the system sends notifications about future training to trainees and when it should send them.
LogoutUrl Setting
This setting stores the Web site that displays when users log out of PureSafety .
MaxDaysToCompleteOptionalAssignment Setting
This setting allows customers to withdraw from any optional training assignments that do not have an end date.
NotificationEmailAlert Setting
This setting configures PureSafety to send automatic notifications to users’ email addresses to let them know they have received new messages in PureSafety .
NumberOfDaysBeforeDueDate Setting
This setting allows customers to send automatic email notifications to trainees to inform them that an assignment is about to become overdue. The setting stores the number of days before an assignment becomes overdue when users should receive these notifications. For example, if you set it to 5 and there are at least five days before an assignment becomes overdue, users get a notification that they should complete their assignment.
ReceiveNotifications Setting
This setting determines if your trainees should receive email messages about their assignments from PureSafety .
SupportEmail Setting
This setting stores the email address used when trainees need to contact support. This address displays in email messages.
SupportPhone Setting
This setting stores the phone number that your trainees can use to contact support. This number displays in email messages.
SupportSiteUrl Setting
This setting stores the login link that displays in email messages sent to your trainees.
