Create and Manage Injury Records Create an Injury Record Operators can create an injury record directly from the Injuries screen in IMS. Create an Injury Record from a Supervisor Report on the News Feed You can create an injury record from a Supervisor Report that lists Injury/Illness as a classification of the event or incident. Otherwise, the option to Create Injury is not available. You must also specify an employee when selecting the Injury/Illness classification.
