Safety Scorecard (Trends and Graphs) report

Use this two-page report to see a graph of incident information tracked by your company, such as Total Recordable Incident Rates (TRIR). Some sections allow you to compare data to another location. The report contains four sections: Overall Metrics, TRIR Comparison, TRIR: Rolling Rate, and Submission Metrics.
