You can also include a hyperlink in the message. Company support information setup This information allows trainees to view the contact information for their internal company support. They can use this information for questions about assignments and training. Default security roles for new employees setup You can define default security roles to set up users' access more quickly. The system assigns these roles automatically to all new users in your organization. PureSafety adds the Trainee role to all new users by default. You can remove the Trainee role from the list of default security roles if you don't want the role to be assigned by default. Default and supported language setup You can configure a default language for your company. You can also select all the languages that your company supports. The available languages are English, French, German, Portuguese, Mandarin Chinese, and Spanish. Password settings setup Password settings include the minimum password requirement and password expiration time limit for all users. The screen also includes the change log that identifies who made changes to the password, what changes were made, and when the changes were made. Change All or Multiple Users' Passwords at the Same Time You can change the passwords of all of your users or a number of specific users. Date and time format setup You can set a default date and time format for your company. Users will see dates and times on training assignments, messages, and so on in the default formats. General system setup General settings include the company name on the browser tab and header bar, the Web site where trainees are sent after logging out, and whether the Employee Web Services is enabled.
