Working With Reports

The Reports tab contains two screens. The Reports screen includes all available standard reports. The My Reports screen includes your saved and scheduled reports. You can use saved reports to run reports you run frequently with particular parameters. You do not have to set the parameters each time you want to run the report.

Reports

Three commands are available on the Reports screen.

LSMS Reports screen

  • Run Report. Opens the parameters window where you can choose criteria for the report, run the report, or add the report to the My Reports list.
  • View Last Run. Allows you to run the report using the same parameters used the last time you ran the report. The system updates the data so that the report reflects current information. Using this command does not allow changing the report parameters.
  • Add to My Reports. Opens a page where you can define the report parameters you want to use with the saved report. You can also establish the report to be run on a specific schedule.
