Manage Incident Reports Review Incident Reports You can review all incident reports from the News Feed. Edit an Incident Report After reviewing an incident report, operators are responsible for recording new information in addition to reviewing the data submitted by workers. This information helps your organization keep track of these incident reports and their progress. Link Incident Reports to Other Records You can link incident reports to events and to other incident reports. Archive Incident Reports Archive incident reports after all the related tasks have been completed. Archiving ensures that the News Feed screen displays only incident reports that require follow-up. Unarchive an Incident Report You may occasionally need to bring an incident report back from the archive. For example, you linked it to an event, which archives the incident report automatically, but then later need to unlink it. In this situation, you want the incident report to become active and display on the News Feed. This allows you to complete follow-up tasks. Report an Observation, Near Miss, or Loss You can report an observation, near miss, or loss from your home page. Submit a Supervisor's Report About an Incident Supervisors can submit a report about an incident directly from the home page. You can restrict users' access to this feature based on their security permissions. The Supervisor Report form captures additional information about that is not included in a regular incident.
